Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. 
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable). Please note that transit times are outside of my control.

Shipping Costs & Carrier Delays

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately upon receipt with photos of both the item and packaging so I can assist you.
